AMAZING show

Incredible show! While the downpour wasn't always pleasant at the time, it seemed to encourage a kind of esprit de corps among the fans and made it even more one big crazy party than the typical Hip concert.

What a show!!!! The rain enhanced the Electricity of the moment. Torrential downpours, dancing in the puddles, a great show by The Hip....I think my favorite Hip show to date

Gord Downie was so awesome, he was going off on his poetic rants, interacting with the crowd, soaked from the rain, the rest of the band played solid! The best part about the show was how it was so intimate they were all right there in front of you, it was easy to go up and be 10ft from the stage because it wasn't crowded due to rain what a great night, Gord downie said we have been playing shows for over 20 years and that he has never seen it rain at a hip show like this" awesome awesome awesome!!!

This is such a cool little venue and a treat for Canadians coming over to not have to deal with roped off beer areas, etc. I attended a Phil Lesh show at the bowl last summer and it was gorgeous. The combination of the weather and being down in the bowl surrounded by trees would have made it a very unique and natural venue in which to see The Hip.

It's been a long time since I have gotten to see a General Admission show from the Hip, and I'd forgotten how much fun it is. The crowd was great for the most part (c'mon you few, stop throwing crap at the band) and what more can be said about the weather. I hadn't really connected to the new album, but I found that after hearing the songs live that it seemed more interesting.

Hopefully I'll get to catch another show this fall.
